We are recruiting for an Operations Manager to join the senior management team based at our Hemel Hempstead office. This role will report into the Account Manager and will be responsible and accountable for the overall management of all customer and client accounts. This role will involve developing and managing external client relationships, analysing and reporting on financials (cost and sales) and cascading to the team and business, creating a motivated leadership team to ensure continuation of self development throughout, ensures robust processes are in place and expected performance is achieved in line with financial profitability.
What are we looking for
We are looking for an individual with proven experience of within an Operations Management role, ideally from a reactive/planned works property services environment. You will have previous experience of managing a team which will include commercial and operational duties. There will be an expectation of being the go to person for performance related issues and updates from a wide customer/stakeholder group where you will need to display the accountability to deliver consistently through your team.
