The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Planned Preventative Maintenance Manager for the Infrastructure business based at our head office in Reigate, Surrey. You will report into the Commercial Manager and will be expected to plan, control and execute the planned maintenance schedule as part of the requirements within our rail property works contract for Kent. You will be expected to check paperwork to ensure all planned maintenance is carried out, uploading documentation and inputting data to internal systems, checking invoices, liaising with site managers regarding variances to planned schedule, updating reports with defects identified to be sent to site team, arranging orders to be sent to sub contractor and reporting back to the client. As you can see this is a varied role with interfaces to the client, stakeholders and customers with a problem solving and compliance focus.

What are we looking for

We are looking for an individual who has proven experience in planned maintenance within a mechanical and electrical environment, ideally within the rail sector. You will need to be able to plan and organise your time effectively due to the variety within this role. There will be an expectation to lead by example however expected to work independently as the team is across multi site locations. You will have clear channels of communication to ensure information is cascaded and documented according to company obligations and be comfortable with IT systems which are industry bespoke.
