Project Coordinator – Communities – Hemel Hempstead

The Opportunity

We are recruiting for a Project Coordinator to join the Dacorum team based at Hemel Hempstead. This role will involve ensuring the effectiveness and profit management of works within your allocated area. You will be involved with monitoring budget and forecasts, resolution of client queries and monitor client satisfaction, planning and allocating team workload, liaising with commercial team to ensure open lines of communication and monitor performance against KPI’s and produce reports for stakeholders.

What are we looking for

We are looking for an individual with proven experience within a project administration and subcontractor management arena. You will have working knowledge of Microsoft packages in particular excel. Prince 2 qualification or equivalent would be desirable due to the nature of the role. You will be able to communicate to all levels of customers and stakeholders with an inquisitive approach to ensure project remains commercially on track.
