Quantity Surveyor – South East – Infrastructure

We are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor for our civil engineering projects within the Infrastructure business within the South East. You will report to a Senior Quantity Surveyor on a functional basis and Project Manager on an operational basis. This role will involve developing and managing contract budgets and forecasts to ensure control and profitability whilst influencing project governance. You will be involved with sub-contract reporting and client valuation as well as supporting pre start planning, project execution plans and contract engagement strategy.
What are we looking for
We are looking for an individual who has proven experience within a Quantity Surveyor capacity. You will have ensured robust forecast plans and able to communicate to the team. This will also involve timely valuations and payments of works in line with contractual terms and monthly reporting to the team. You will form part of close knit team within a challenging environment where delivery is at the heart of the workforce.
