The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Bid Manager to join our main Construction business based out of Reigate. The role will form a key part of our work winning function and report into our Pre-Construction Director. The role will work closely with the Pre-Construction Team and oversee the Bid team’s production of accurate proposal documents and presentation material to support the work winning objective. The role will also support the development and implementation of the business’s internal and external communications strategy to support the people and brand objective. You will also develop and maintain positive relationships, and to promote and protect the Osborne reputation whilst remaining customer focused and in line with Company policies and values.

What are we looking for

We are looking for an individual who has both the ability and experience to deliver successful and customer orientated bids and proposals. You will be comfortable working in an ever changing environment and be able to liaise with clients across a diverse set of sectors. You will be adaptable enough to manage the bid resources in a way that both meets challenging requirements whilst ensuring that the team remains focussed and motivated in delivering a quality product. Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills are core requirements for role. You will work effectively with people at all levels and be comfortable challenging convention to ensure that we move forward as a business and that we continue to best support our customers through value driven solutions.
