We are currently recruiting for a Service Desk Manager to manage the Service Desk team within the Group IT function at our Reigate, Surrey offices. The primary purpose of the role is to build a collaborative and customer focused culture to improve the delivery and quality of IT services provided. This will involve personal management of the team to include development and regular meetings, implementing and maintaining best working practices and procedures, escalation point for internal customers, engaging with senior managers to ensure awareness of issues and resolution as well mechanisms to verify customer satisfaction. This role will also encompass development and management of Service Level Agreements which will then enable provision of service delivery insight into the business.
What are we looking for
We are looking for an individual with proven experience of managing a Service Desk or IT Support team with successful outputs from implementing and maintaining procedures, processes and tools. You will be able to deliver IT services via premises systems, cloud services and outsourcing partners. The ability to communicate well with internal teams, stakeholders and senior management is a key element to partnering and delivering the expected service. This will also tie in with managing agreed KPI’s and SLA’s in line with business objectives and IT strategy. Proven experience of Windows 7/10, networking, active directory, EMM and Citrix is essential.
