Site Manager – Property Services – Slough

The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to form part of the Operational Delivery team at our Slough, Berkshire office. This role will report into the Operations Manager and will involve leading site activities in line with planned and program deliverables in accordance with customer and company obligations. You will be expected to be instrumental in building and managing commercial relationships with the customer as well as motivating a successful workforce in terms of delivery.

What are we looking for

We are looking for an individual with proven experience of Site Management and effectively met requirements of the client whilst leading a team through to success. You will be able to effectively communicate to your stakeholder group and ensure communication channels are clear and concise. You will have a good understanding of MS Skills (Outlook/Excel/Word) and will have obtained CSCS card, Asbestos Awareness and First Aid. It would be desirable to have Scaffold Awareness, Fire Marshall, SITS and Avoidance of underground services training.
