Working within our Infrastructure business and supporting our rail team we are currently recruiting for a Site Manager. The key aspect of the role will be to manage and be responsible for the safe, efficient, profitable and timely completion of allocated projects to the quality standards required by the Contract. You will also ensure management of the works in accordance with Company and Site Specific procedures covering Safety, Environment, Quality and Production.
What are we looking for
We are looking for an experienced and progressive thinking Site Manager who has worked within an Infrastructure environment, ideally rail and highways. You will have experience of site management of multiple teams and worksites and be experienced in preparing Construction Phase Plans (CPP), Work Package Plans (WPP) and Task Briefings (TB). You will have excellent attention to detail and strong project skills with a natural drive for excellence. You will work effectively with people at all levels and be comfortable challenging convention to ensure that we move forward as a business and that we continue to best support our customers through value driven solutions.
