Osborne Hits Gold as it’s Recognised as an Investor in People.

Osborne Infrastructure has been awarded the Investors in People (IIP) Gold standard, joining the top 7% of accredited organisations across the UK who believes in realising the potential of their people.

Investors in People are the UK’s leading accreditation for business improvement through people management, and provides a wealth of resources for businesses to innovate, improve and grow. Their focus is on good people making great business.

Dave Hooper, Executive Director from Osborne, said, “I am proud that a team formed from a merger of Rail and Civils to create the Infrastructure team, just over a year ago can achieve this level of this assessment. “

The report, which was produced by the IIP for Osborne, commented, ‘We’re impressed by the positive commitment of Osborne’s people following the merger and such a turbulent period.
