Osborne Shortlisted for the UK Housing Awards 2015

Osborne is one of the companies which has been shortlisted in the Outstanding Development of the Year – 25 Homes or more category of the 2015 UK Housing Awards.

Osborne worked on Railton Place in Weybridge in Surrey, on behalf of our customer, Paragon and with supply chain partners PRP, Tully De’Ath and the Welling Partnership.

The awards, which recognise outstanding work by housing organisations to improve the lives of people in their communities, are organised by the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) and Inside Housing magazine.

Now in their 19th year, this year’s awards attracted more than 250 entries from all over the UK.

Emma Maier, Editor of Inside Housing, said: “The quality of the entries rose again this year so even to get this far is an amazing achievement. In the face of some really stiff competition, Osborne has shown it is performing at the highest level – well done!”

The winners will be revealed at a ceremony at the Lancaster London Hotel on 21 April.
