We have recently completed a high profile, award-winning mixed use scheme, Mercers Walk, in the heart of Covent Garden for The Mercers Company. The project involved refurbishing a traditional warehouse into a flagship retail store for major retail outlet, H&M, and constructing three new buildings offering retail and restaurant space. The upper floors of the buildings contain 24 high quality, modern apartments. These buildings have transformed the streetscape, opening out into a new public space.
The project was handed over early in time for Christmas and the final account was agreed before completion. In 2017 it won the regional Constructing Excellence “Building – Project of the Year,” and was a finalist for Project of the Year at both the Building Awards and the National Constructing Excellence Awards.
