Our decade long partnership with the London Borough of Hackney demonstrates how we help our customers improve their performance and efficiency. As well as the construction of a new Customer Service Centre – which established a new approach to service delivery for the council – we also delivered four phases of modernisation works at the listed Town Hall. These ranged from lift improvements and renewing heating systems to modernisation and upgrades to enhance its use as a flexible and efficient events venue and revenue generator.
